Full-service delivery

One accountable team from concept through support

BOLD helps young people in Serbia find resources, opportunities, and support as they develop leadership skills and create change in their communities.

We took responsibility from the first concept onward, including design, WordPress development, hosting, maintenance, and support. Working directly with the U.S. Embassy meant translating programme goals into clear digital concepts without expecting the client team to speak in technical language.

The result was more than a public website. It became a manageable programme hub that the Embassy team could understand, operate, and use with confidence.

What the website brought together

Programmes and opportunities

A clear home for academic and professional exchanges, workshops, grants, and opportunities for young people across Serbia.

Three maintained language versions

Serbian Latin, Serbian Cyrillic, and English content helped the programme communicate clearly with local participants and international stakeholders.

Controlled applications

Jotform-based workflows supported membership and programme applications where access and participant information needed careful handling.

Community forum

A dedicated forum, proposed and integrated by our team, moved important community interaction away from social media groups and gave the programme better oversight.

Handover and enablement

Support included making the client independent

Training covered the full editorial workflow and gave the Embassy team approachable explanations of the technical concepts behind it.

That training was part of the delivery, not an afterthought. It allowed the client to manage active programmes and content while knowing technical support was available when needed.

After handover

Familiar help is still available

The original engagement concluded in 2024. When questions arise, the Embassy can still reach the people who understand the site's history and the reasoning behind it.
