A fixed international moment

From brief to launch in a few intense months

European and Chinese leaders launched the 2018 EU-China Tourism Year in Venice, creating a firm public deadline for the campaign and its digital presence.

ETC led the campaign for the European Commission and selected Globe Dotters as its digital delivery partner. Our team worked directly with both organizations to design, build, populate, and launch the website within that demanding schedule.

The short delivery window required practical decisions, responsive collaboration, and a team able to carry the full website scope without a complicated chain of suppliers.

Our responsibility

End-to-end design and development

Globe Dotters owned the campaign website from visual and experience design through technical implementation and launch.

Campaign publishing

The platform organized campaign information, destinations, events, partner material, and content needed by an international tourism initiative.

Documentation repository

A substantial document library gave campaign participants and stakeholders structured access to shared resources and official materials.

Direct institutional collaboration

Working sessions with both ETC and European Commission stakeholders kept institutional requirements and delivery decisions aligned.

Campaign complete

Built for the campaign, retained as experience

The original campaign website is no longer online. Its delivery shows our ability to handle a visible international initiative, institutional stakeholders, a complex content scope, and a fixed launch date.
